Goat Cheese Toasts with Black Garlic and Caramelized Espresso
It’s the “caviar” effect: elegant little toasts in one bite.
Ingredients:
- Toasted bread slices (or breadsticks),
- Fresh creamy goat cheese,
- 2-3 black garlic cloves,
- A tsp of strong coffee.
Preparation (3 minutes):
- Mash the black garlic into a paste.
- Mix it with the fresh goat cheese.
- Heat the tsp of coffee with a hint of honey or sugar (just enough to make it slightly syrupy).
- Spread the goat cheese-black garlic mixture on the bread, and place a tiny drop of caramelized coffee on top.
